was talking to jianhui online and we just pop up the topic about emerge. Well it started from huang jin lu.. yeap.. no need to further elaborate.
And he asked me whether i know of anyone by the name of bing ding?
that's andy!
My marketing head.
I was like yah.. why?
and he says Andy is his JC classmate.
I am taken aback.
Seriously..
the world is too small..

but the further conversation with Andy make me too stunned for words!
my uncontrollable highness makes me decide to disturb Andy about our affinity..
Andy told me who is that friend i know.
He laffed.
telling me that Jianhui is one of his best friend!
i am stunned.
U know.. we can be acquainted by common friends.
but Best Friend??
Jianhui was my "brother" once!
so i asked him about Jianhui's 21st bday. (i dunno why i am asking this qns.)
and yeap..
he told me he was there!!
GOSH.
i was there too.
At that time. We are like strangers.
And just a few months later.
he came for audition.
A sem later, he is now my marketing head. Gosh!

how small can the world be??

with regards to lost and found..
the above encounter is that i found a fren whom i had spent hours in a birthday party with. Just no conversation.
The next encounter is a lost friend found.

After my batch's emerge. A stranger went to hug huili. A stranger who den pulled huili over towards me and say hello! My long lost primary school friend. One of the bestest and now is huili bestest. although, we never communicate but we still got to keep an update of how's is one's life now. A busy and a leader of her own.

Another encounter who don't involve me. would be ah lao2 sec frens?
he is also from voices!

and it's realli a small world! to know one friend and to know that the other knows yr friend too?

Mayb as we got older.. the more friends we know.. the more people we know are linked together!

i settled that Singapore is small.

All i want for X'mas is...

"A quiet X'mas"

haha.. the festive season had just gone and we are going to welcome a brand new year! that's fast! This year, my x'mas was kind of different and so is my new year! :) *beams*
so yeap, we(me, boi, hl n her boi) went to Sentosa Airconed kampong huts to spend our X'mas. It is a very different X'mas! v quiet yet so fun!! We were v skeptical abt the place at first. Hl n ahlao2 had to tell me not to have high hopes! Seriously, it works for me! i love the place! hahaha.. Secluded but special! Seriously. It is quite homely and cosy tho very small. But that's the point! 'cos it is small it is cosy!!

So yeap.. i had tot we had 2 double beds! Wrong, it is just 2 double decker beds! great! @.@ hahaha! And hl had tot i had sparkles which i did not. 
Conferencing can be bad huh.. hahaha.. 

yeap, so it was a day of shopping for bbq stuff, bbq, cards and beach! quiet and fun! n we discover smokeless n odourless charcoal.. WE are smell-less at the end of the day! hahaha.. the beach is great just that the bars are close. We had fun just to lie there and enjoy the breeze. love the sea. Will give anything just to enjoy more of it!! :)

She inspires me to write this post. :)

well, i am not an art person. REally! My primary school art is always done with the help of my parents. I do know how to draw k. BUT! I remember drawing a pig from a chinese story book and sent it for competition. It's a competition by NKF k and I won the second prize i think.

Art is something that has never cross my mind. In my secondary school days, art was done by my art teacher who loves to help. I never realli took art seriously and i like to color stuff that i like. I remember i colour an eel purple for a project in secondary school and i think i am banned from colouring the stuff on the paper. I understand how they feel. Where got eel is purple de! hee.. well, at that time, i just want to colour it purple cos i think purple is nice. My stubborn-ness! tsk. And yeah, i thought my talent for art is realli zero and that somehow concludes my art life in school. And now i came to Uni, i got to get in touch with design tru voices. Video editing and photoshop is all i learnt from scartch. Sccrratchhh.. With pains. I still remember the time when i had to extract a word. i magic wand it for like 40 times. And in the end, i learnt that all i need to do is to inverse it. Well, good lesson. However, all these made me realise the joy in designing. I had so much fun doing it. 

from April: art is freedom. I love this. Freedom. this is wad many yearns for. looking at many art pieces or works. Sometimes it is just this freedom that makes all the works so wonderful. today, i wanted to revamp my blog. just to put a picture that depicts the feelings i had for my blog. I realise there is no such thing as perfect picture for my blog. And it got to me! "Of course there isnt." The one that i call perfect is the one i had to shoot it myself. Design and put it up. Of course. It is no easy work. But i would love to try on it. :)

Some dreams that i would like to attempt with regards to art(which i set long ago):
to shoot abstract photos(those i saw at cher chen's concert)
to learn photography
to do abstract video editing

of course the list will go on.
i decide to start my photoshooting from now on.
keep it.
who knows.
one day these pictures may be able to depicts a certain emotion?
my camera can be made to good use again! 
yeah! 
i had neglect it for too long.

art.
it is more than the right color or piecing it up together.
at the end of the day,

My friend.

I had talked about her before.
She was the one who grew up with me.
She was the one who moved away from the neighbourhood first.
I am glad we still "sorta" keep in touch.
I finally went to her blog after losing her web add.
Lucky, i find her back!

She is doing good.
Busy.
but
fulfilling.
The most important thing is that she is happy.
And to know how her family is supporting her.

Reading her life now.
I admire her.
She realli found her niche.
But i would say,
it's more of i am happy for her.
After reading her everyday post about school and thoughts.
looking at her works.
thinking back of the days when i and her lie on the floor and do art.
I depend on my parents.
She depend on herself.
I can't help but teared.

i am happy.

1st blog in blogspot..

Went out yesterday, had a wonderful time~ but i dun feel rested at all after my freaking busy week. Had a wonderful day, ok, wad have i done?

First, went ktv with mingyang and huiqi! It's been a long time that i have sing in ktv and we are all damn shiok cos there's only the three of us! You could say that we had sing to out hearts content! Haha.. some guy set the time to meet at marina at 1030am. And i and huiqi had to wake up early to reach there on time.. but dear mingyang woke up at 1020am.. haha.. *thanks!* den when mingyang reached he was so apologetic.. -_-" actually, it's ok la.. we dun feel a thing.. i and huiqi can still sing more.. worth our money! *haha*

After our ktv session, we decide to shop. Actually, the initial plan was to shop but mingyang say he suddenly dun feel like shopping~ *sweat* so he has to follow us around *LOL*. I was planning to buy heels and a halter dress. But, i cant seem to find anything nice. However, i bought myself a top. Cheap but i dun think i can fit into it. The top was at a sale so no trying!! If i really cant fit into it, den it will be use as a motivation for me to slim down den!!

Went bugis to shop 'cos the things are cheap. But before going for our spree, huiqi wants to go "guan yin miao" to pray pray so we went. Its quite special to go to temple to pray with frens, the mood and perspective is different. Hope huiqi will get her wish to come true and be happier~ She aims to be a very very happy girl! :) I realise that alot of youngster do go to temples on their own or with frens to pray yesterday. I think I do not pay much attention to these sort of things as i just follow my mum around and hope that we could leave early as there is really a lot of people!!!! I dun like crowds. Yesterday, was fine and while waiting for huiqi, i look around the temple. Devotees were sincere and it seems like a lot of people are troubled by something. From the way that they look when they pray. That's how i feel, no offence. After that, we went to a nearby ice shop to eat ice. On the way, there were many senior citizens selling stuff or laze around to enjoy the afternoon sun and stuff. That street left me an impression that it was a place where the elders are forgotten by alot of people. They feel lonely. They are poor. They need help and warmth and I wonder where are their families. I know i shoudn't do this but i usually avoid walking down these lanes if i know i will see these sort of things. i am scare of them. I am not scare of old people but rather, i am scare of becoming them.

Some people say that becos of the temples there, the street has historical value and it is nice to have a picture taken there. Yep, ppl forgot about the old ppl there and it made them a history and it is truly nice to take a picture not because of the buildings but because it is good to take a picture of the street so as to remind u of the lives of some people that had been living there for years so differently from yours. Also, there are alot of charity organization there to ask for donation. I am not being sacastic but why do all those organizations situated near the temple? The only answer that i can think of would be that people who went to the temple are the ones would wants the buddha to grant their wish. But at least you have to be qualified for the buddha to help you. What do i mean by qualified? That would be yr qualities. R u kind? R u nice? If yes, buddha will watch over you and may grant your wish. Therefore, i feel that these organiations would think that the probability of raising more money would be there. However, it may be becos it is a buddhist organization and devotees would be more willing to help or another reason would be that there's crowd. *it's my own opinion, really no offence*

Well, so much for tt street, haha.. den after our mango ice, we went to bugis junction and village to shop. it's quite funny to see mingyang to be stunned by the new shopping malls around bugis. He looks like a singaporean who went overseas for a few years and then came back to see Singapore to change so much. Huiqi bought a lot of things. She is the quick decisive shopper type. She took one top, try it, satisfied and den she pay it.. For me, a top or any other things, it will took me very long to decide whether to buy not. Hai~ i'm a poor girl~ so must watch over the stuff i buy but! *haha* i will be a very compulsive person when it comes to food! When i feel that it is yummy, *kacing* the register of the food store will receive my money~ That's why, my diet plan always fail!!

Well, walk around abit and yingtat and wingyen came to join us for dinner. Went to a "zhi cha" store behind bugis. It's nice and not very expensive.. I found another place to eat again! and the steamboats store around tt restaurant was tempting too.. Argh! I cant stop thinking about food~~ *hehe* I shall declare wad we eat! We ordered, fried hokkien mee, stingray, sambal kangkong and black pepper chicken! Cool~ After our dinner, Mingyang declare that he is still hungry and yingtat say that he is full but he left some space for dessert! Yingtat says he wants ice-cream! Must be missing his wife~ Went to a dessert shop we spot when we search for a place to eat, however, by the time we got there, it closes. So dear yingtat suggests to go selegie to eat beancurd! WE WALK THERE!! *wahaha* It's a long walk but treat it as a excercise lo..
Along the way, wingyen says something dumb but i think it's damn funny!!

haha.. it's damn cute to see wingyen keep laffing and laffing.. I could not stop laffing too..

After that, we decide to go play pool, 'cos we past by alot of pool shop and huiqi, mingyang and yingtat's hand was feeling itchy!! haha.. that session was damn funny! it's been such a long time since a play pool.. and i played a terrible game~ i shan't say! it's damn bad.. i tink mingyang wants to box me!!! haha.. Brought back alot of memories, miss my jc frens who I went to play pool together. Jasmine and renee are the pro girls! den i would become the laffing stock, cos something funny will always happen. Then the guys will always let us see a nice pool game that they played among themselves!

After an hour, we end our game! And we decide to go home. That yingtat wants people to accompany him back to the carpark and ask me to accompany him! And i suddenly realise he bluff me into paying his carpark money! I accompany him and he charge me to send me back to his house! I shall not be so gullible anymore!

REally enjoyed my day! But i feel more tired den ever! *haha* hope will get to go out again!! (=^_^=)
