chicago fun

well.. shall post my trip now..
haha..
it's been like a week after my trip..
take greyhound to chicago from iowa.. damn..
the bus ride was like 5 hours..
hahaha.. but i like the trip to there.. vv peaceful..
and the hostel was so damn nice lar.. same price as NYC one..
but the bed and everything is so much nicer..

first night..
went to china town.. and first time for so long.. i ate chinese and then its real food.. its so nice.. tho its ex.. but i dun mind.. also.. before we go eat. i and Nat saw tou hua.. wanna buy after dinner.. but when we are done.. it is already 9 and the shop close.. vv sad!! and we saw the shop selling yeos.. hahaha.. so cool!! woohoo.. den we decide to walk back from chinatown to our hostel! a long walk.. but not bad.. hahaha..

2nd day..
wow.. that's the most fun thing and most interesting day..
we walked from our hostel to taste of chicago.. where there's a lot of food stalls selling all the different countries food near the river.. the river is long.. we walk to all the museums.. just walking past.. and it was so beautiful.. I was really in love with it.. it is so cold.. and i wore only a toga.. fun! i was freezing. and there's a small beach.. u should see the buildings that they have and the beautiful sea.. we walked down from grant park to millenium park.. another beautiful place with many nice artefacts. and den we walk down to a fountain.. it's suppose to be famous.. but when we see it.. we think it is still ok.. hahaha.. den we walk down to Michigan avenue.. where all teh shopping are there.. hahaha.. din find wad we really wanted to buy.. so just walk around.. it's cheap.. hahaha..levis jeans.. 30 sing bucks.. my heart ache so much.. i wanna buy but i thought of my phone bill.. i decide to skip it.. i will try my luck in NYC. hope they got end of summer sale! and den .. we walk all the way up and walked to navy pier to catch the fire works.. cos its Independence day! hahaha.. walk and shop arOund.. and have a dancing party near the pier.. the music they play.. damn nice.. we dance till midnight.. and walk all the way back.. we reach the hostel at 1. haahaha.. our legs are all sore!!! but it was fun!

3rd day:
went 6 flags.. it was so far.. think 3 hours travelling time.. i was really scare la.. but i got to do many rides.. i am freaking scare k! hahaha... wanna catch a bear.. as in win a bear.. but in the end i din.. it was a long day again.. and we reached the hostel at 12 plus i think.. laUz.. hahaha.. was so tired!! but it was fun.. got to see many things!

4th day:
day for me to go back! hahaha.. and i am living with my fren Tigger for one night.. her house is so comfy.. really like the way.. they design it.. the cottage feeling! cool~ feel so at home.. it was a good day too~ watch cheaper by the dozen.. good movie.. hahaha.. learnt alot from it too!

5th day: back to camp, slack around. 'cos we need to meet @ 5pm. so its still okie.. hahaha..

I love my break!

*oh yar.. its so contradicting that when u are in chicago.. it can make u cols and made u sunburnt at the same time!*
