YUP! some ppl just don't get it..
those ppl in singapore..
ESPECIALLY SOC admin (i will leave them aside.. since i do not have anymore business with them) and those big companies..
ONE huge lesson learnt..
if the ppl dun get your complain!
SCREAM!
okie.. i shall put it nicely..
tell them all their faults and how disgusted you are with the service.
and you can see tremendous "EFFORT" in their service!
how nice..
so singapore works in a way that the if the customer dun comprain further.. u can leave the case aside.. and the second time he/she is realli mad.. good service will be given.

but yup..
with the long email i sent to IBM.
I got what i got.
and i ish happy.
but i am not happy initially..
so this is what they will do to me.
a korean guy from IBM(i think he is in seoul)
will come down to where i am in korea to fix my laptop.
HOW happy!
hurhur..
i will settle it next week.
hopefully.. my comp will be in good shape again..
its cranky recently.

so yup. one lesson learnt.
the other lesson is done by me donkey months ago.
with a letter so sacarstically written to say abt the admin in SOC, i got my problem solved the next day. btw the prob of mapping had been bothering me for weeks. SO one email to the v.dean and etc.. I got wad i want.
so is the same what jieyin had done..
with a email of requesting..
no reply..
then comes an email that realli shoot them down..
a day later she got wad she want!
SWEE!!
that's the way..
how disgustingly disgusted is the system. @.@
some ppl.. REALLY dun get it..
